The Markert Group is a forward-thinking technology enterprise with a workforce exceeding 200 employees across Germany and internationally. With our renowned brands marsyntex and marsoflex, we stand as a premier provider of specialized textile filtration technology and hose systems. Our clientele encompasses both national and global corporations spanning the chemical, mining, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, and food sectors, in addition to mechanical and plant engineering.
We prefer candidates who are well-acquainted with the designated sales territory and are fluent in one of the required languages. Your role will involve significant travel to engage with both existing and prospective clients, complemented by periodic visits to our headquarters.
We seek driven sales professionals for the sales territory of BELGIUM / NETHERLANDS, focusing on filtration technology within the mining, food, and chemical industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing support and guidance to current clients
- Identifying and developing national market opportunities / acquiring new clients
- Formulating, coordinating, and executing sales strategies
- Preparing and following up on commercial and technical proposals
- Managing order processing through ERP & CRM systems
- Negotiating terms/prices and handling contract processing and customer complaints
- Collaborating closely with the Sales back office and technical teams
Qualifications
- Completed technical training or education, ideally in process engineering
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated professional experience and success in Sales & Account Management within the relevant industries
- Strong background in selling complex products, preferably in process filtration or process engineering
- Sales-oriented and solution-focused personality
- Organized and methodical approach to work
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking
- Ambitious with strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in modern IT tools
- Valid driving license
- Fluency in English, with German as an advantage
- Residing in Western Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands
