Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:
  • Überwachung und Konfiguration von IT-Sicherheitssystemen, insbesondere Firewalls und Monitoring-Lösungen.
  • Durchführung von 2nd-Level-Support, Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter sowie Reporting innerhalb des IT-Teams.
  • Implementierung und Verwaltung von Virtualisierungslösungen.
  • Betreuung von Außenstellen durch Remote-Support sowie Vor-Ort-Einsätze.
  • Verwaltung der Server-Backup-Prozesse.
  • Pflege und Qualitätssicherung unseres Softwaremanagement-Systems sowie der Serverkomponenten.
Ihr Profil:
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in Windows-Systemadministration, Server-Hardware, Storage-Systemen, Management-Tools und Netzwerktechnologien.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Virtualisierung, Firewall und Internetsicherheit sowie im Betrieb von Remote-Zugängen.
  • Erfahrungen in der Betreuung von VPN und Internetdiensten.
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis von IT-Prozessen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und IT-Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
  • Sicheres Auftreten, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft.
  • Strategisches und konzeptionelles Denken sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Flexibilität, um sich auf kurzfristige Änderungen einstellen zu können.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse.
