About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at FRIDAY. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless system operation and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Design and Implementation: Design and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions, including network architecture, server management, and cybersecurity measures.
  • System Administration: Administer and maintain servers, desktop computers, printers, and other IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Cybersecurity: Develop and implement effective cybersecurity strategies, including threat detection, incident response, and security awareness training.
  • IT Operations Management: Manage IT operations, including backup and disaster recovery processes, to ensure business continuity.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to internal teams, resolving IT-related issues and improving overall system performance.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in network and system administration, cybersecurity, and IT operations management.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, German is a plus.
