Job Title: Technical Product Manager - Electrical Tank Water Heater

Midea Group, a leading Global Fortune 500 company, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team in the Germany Research Center.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to spearhead the development of electrical tank water heaters tailored for the European market. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough research to identify customer needs, converting insights into technical specifications, and leading the advancement of products through global research and development (R&D) and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to understand European customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications for product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and compliance.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory shifts to inform product strategies.
  • Lead product commercialization efforts, including customer onboarding and training.
  • Engage in strategic planning to drive product and technology advancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of technical experience in the water heater or related appliance industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or a comparable role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the European regulatory landscape.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for business requirements.
