Sustainability Services Manager

Together with your team in the Sustainability Services sector, you will develop leading solutions for managing various sustainability topics and reporting on them.
Your Responsibilities
If you approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, you will find ample opportunities to contribute:
- As a (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) in Sustainability Services, you will take on project leadership in consulting or auditing areas such as the EU Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance, climate issues, or human rights.
- Engaging with decision-makers in relevant fields to strategically advance and implement topics like sustainability KPIs and objectives, cross-organizational structures, or emerging legal requirements is also part of your role.
- You will drive the integration of sustainability into corporate governance frameworks and shape processes for managing and reporting on non-financial topics.
- Your role will also involve product development and acquiring new clients.
- To become a (Senior) Manager (m/f/d) in Sustainability Services, you should possess a degree in business, natural sciences, or engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sustainability auditing and consulting is required, ideally with a specialized focus.
- Having passed the auditor examination is advantageous.
- Experience in project and team leadership is essential.
- A passion for sustainability, non-financial information, auditing methods, complex challenges, and sales is expected.
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, excellent English skills, as well as flexibility and mobility are prerequisites.
- Your strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and structured approach will complete your profile.
