Deine Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Operations Manager, der unsere Rezeption und den Clubbetrieb erfolgreich leitet. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die operative Umsetzung unserer Ziele und Strategien sicherstellen und die Erreichung unserer Ziele unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und dienstleistungsorientierten Ablaufs an der Rezeption
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der operativen Ziele
  • Budget- und Mitarbeiterverantwortung für o. g. Bereiche
  • Mitgliederbetreuung und Beschwerdemanagement
  • aktive Mitarbeit an der Rezeption
  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Clubbetrieb als Manager on Duty
  • Unterstützung des Assistant General Managers
  • Betreuung des externen Reinigungsteams zusammen mit dem Assistant General Manager
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Bereits Berufserfahrung in der Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Führungserfahrung
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Motivations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Hoher Service- und Gastgebergedanke
