**Deine Herausforderung**

Als Assistant Store Manager bei Coolblue bist du für die Leitung und Optimierung des Store-Betriebs verantwortlich. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Store Manager zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass das Team und der Store-Betrieb auf höchstem Niveau funktionieren.

**Deine Aufgaben**

  • **Teamführung**: Du führst das Store-Team und unterstützt den Store Manager bei der Entscheidungsfindung und der Umsetzung von Strategien.
  • **Verkaufsoptimierung**: Du analysierst Verkaufszahlen und -trends, um Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für den Store-Betrieb zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.
  • **Store-Betrieb**: Du bist für die Organisation und Durchführung von Store-Events und -Aktivitäten verantwortlich, um die Kundenbindung und den Verkauf zu steigern.

**Deine Voraussetzungen**

  • **Fachhochschulniveau**: Du hast ein hohes Maß an Fachwissen und Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Verkaufsoptimierung.
  • **Erfahrung**: Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Verkaufsoptimierung im Einzelhandel.
  • **Sprachkenntnisse**: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Niederländisch ist ein Plus.
  • **Affinität**: Du hast eine starke Affinität zu Verbraucherelektronik und bist motiviert, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzubilden.
