Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Stationary Battery Storage TaaS/RtM projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, from site development to handover of the asset, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project development, including site assessment, technical requirements, and system compliance
- Ensure timely and cost-sensitive delivery of tasks and milestones while meeting technical requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and legal departments
- Facilitate clear and effective communication across all parties involved in the project
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and presentations
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification, such as Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, Environmental Science, business engineer, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or renewable energy sector
- Proven track record in managing energy storage or similar infrastructure projects
- In-depth knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory compliance in the energy sector
- Solid understanding of stationary energy storage systems and related technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess site feasibility and project risks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English spoken and written) to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
- Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and meetings
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
