Job Title: Team Leader IT Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader IT Infrastructure to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the IT infrastructure team and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

About the Role:
  • Lead the IT infrastructure team and manage the day-to-day operations of our IT systems.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of IT services.
  • Manage IT projects and participate in certification audits.
About You:
  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, Docker/Kubernetes, AD, storage, backup, and Citrix.
  • Experience in budget management and the further development of IT services and processes within IT teams.
  • Knowledge of IT security is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and structured way of working, with excellent communication skills.
  • Very good written and spoken German.
