IT Infrastructure Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Team Manager to lead our team in managing and developing our IT infrastructure. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's operations, budget management, and resource planning. Your expertise in IT infrastructure, budget management, and team leadership will be essential in driving the success of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Disciplinary and technical management of the IT infrastructure team
  • Responsibility for infrastructure operations, including servers, virtualization, Docker/Kubernetes, AD, storage, backup, and Citrix
  • Further development and optimization of the system landscape
  • Budget management and resource planning
  • Working directly with other IT teams and their managers to implement the IT strategy
  • Management of IT projects and participation in certification audits

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in disciplinary management of IT teams
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure
  • Experience in budget management and further development of IT services and processes within IT teams
  • Knowledge of IT security is desirable
  • Analytical and structured way of working and communicative personality
  • Very good written and spoken German
