About the Role

CitNOW Group is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for executing the full sales cycle across our industry-leading SaaS product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, prospecting, qualification, through to close
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and engage with prospective customers in the DACH region
  • Deliver detailed and enthusiastic product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers, remotely and on-site
  • Develop a deep understanding of our growing SaaS product portfolio and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Act as a key player in driving growth in one of our most critical regions by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Represent CitNOW Group at industry events and functions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a SaaS sales role, with a track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving sales targets
  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience working alongside cross-functional teams
