About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Reefer Team as a Product Owner for Reefer Value Added Services. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new reefer products, driving performance and development, and providing training and support to regional teams. You will also contribute to the reefer digital transformation and support the global reefer strategy with analytics, improvements, and implementation of current and new reefer products.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Develop and implement new reefer products and drive performance and development
  • Provide training and support to regional teams
  • Contribute to the reefer digital transformation
  • Support the global reefer strategy with analytics, improvements, and implementation of current and new reefer products
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Completed apprenticeship as liner shipping professional or similar qualification
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS-Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Reefer technical and digital knowledge or the willingness and attitude to learn and share expertise
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Hapag-Lloyd applications (QlikView, HIP, FIS) or at least a high willingness and attitude to learn the handling of the tools
