(Junior) Strategic Consultant - Technology M&A (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • Advising on technological matters within the M&A landscape, particularly regarding the integration and separation of business units.
  • Conducting IT and technology due diligence for private equity and industrial firms.
  • Assessing economic and technological risks and synergies while considering IT strategy.
  • Identifying technology and IT-driven value enhancement opportunities following corporate transactions.
  • Collaborating with the top management of our clients.
Your Profile
  • Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Knowledge in analyzing IT landscapes, requirements engineering, implementation of (ERP) applications, IT infrastructure, or IT strategy.
  • Experience in project management, ideally in carve-out or integration contexts.
  • Ability to analyze and quantify complex issues.
  • Interest in technical and economic interrelations.
  • Fluent in English and proficient in German.
  • Experience with O365 tools (especially Tableau and Alteryx).
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
