We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Strategy Consultant to join our in-house team at Bahmann Coaching GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining contact with potential clients, pre-qualifying leads, and providing strategic advice tailored to individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct free initial consultations to assess client needs and develop strategic plans.
  • Client Outreach: Contact existing contacts in our system to nurture relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Appointment Planning: Coordinate appointments for our strategy consultants to ensure seamless client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Customer Advisor or Sales Specialist Training: Completed training in customer advisory or sales specialization.
  • Process Adherence: Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
  • Quick Comprehension: Strong ability to quickly understand and adapt to new information.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in online marketing, coaching, and consulting is advantageous but not essential.
