Your Responsibilities
- You facilitate and maintain relationships with our strategic suppliers and act as a key contact for strategic suppliers of services to our operational assets.
- You are responsible for the performance management of our medium-sized and strategic suppliers, including establishing annual goals, developing and monitoring progress, and analyzing internal Energy Asset feedback.
- You support the negotiation of multi-year contracts such as LTSAs and LTMAs from a technical perspective to ensure robust and cost-efficient service delivery.
- You define supplier management strategies, evaluation criteria, and decision parameters for a multi-supplier environment in close collaboration with Procurement.
Your Profile
- You have a University degree or adequate professional qualification in a relevant field.
- You have outstanding interpersonal skills with an affinity to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- You have profound negotiation and communication skills and a highly-developed ability to deal with conflicts in a constructive manner.
- You have proven experience in contract, supplier, or relationship management or in another position with contractual and/or commercial focus.
- You have relevant experience in power plants or other major asset-driven/engineering-type companies.
- You have above-average conceptual and project management competencies.
- You are fluent in English and German language.
