Your Responsibilities

- As a Learning & Development Control Specialist (w/m/d), you will serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding training obligations and our service-specific training programs.
- You will oversee the monitoring, controlling, and reporting of training sessions and service-specific training obligations, as well as assist in reminder and escalation processes.
- Your role will involve identifying target groups (training completions, deadline extensions), assigning training, communicating with participants, identifying those who are overdue, and analyzing and preparing results.
- You will provide first-level support to users, review deadline extensions including documentation, and make adjustments in the global Learning Management System (LMS), as well as explain training obligations and regulations.
- Collaboration and coordination with training coordinators and our subject matter experts, service-specific L&D leaders, the international Learning Management Support Team, and local IT will be essential.
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving registration requests for internal training initiatives.
- To become a Learning & Development Control Specialist (w/m/d), you should possess a successfully completed commercial training, preferably in a digital environment.
- A strong interest or in-depth experience in training compliance and controlling is essential.
- You should demonstrate a pronounced analytical approach, with skills in planning, organizing, and meticulous work.
- Proficiency in common MS Office applications, particularly Excel, is required.
- You enjoy bringing new ideas to the table and implementing them within your area of responsibility.
- Your ability to quickly adapt to new computer systems (such as SuccessFactors from SAP) is a key asset.
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation are vital.
- Fluency in both German and English will complete your qualifications.
