Position: Team Leader at PENNY

PENNY, as part of the REWE Group, is a leading retail company with over employees in approximately 2,140 stores, 10 logistics centers, and headquarters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the sales readiness of your store and take charge of daily operations when the store manager is not on-site.
  • Work closely with your store manager to form a strong leadership team.
  • Regularly coordinate with your store manager on key topics and ensure the transmission of information and task assignment to your team members.
  • Maintain order in your store, assist customers with inquiries, and handle complaints.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, driving sales and inventory management in coordination with your store manager.

Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in retail - ideally with relevant work experience. However, we also welcome career changers from the hotel or gastronomy industry.
  • You are customer-friendly, engaged, and responsible.
  • You are hands-on, flexible, and thrive on teamwork.
  • You have the ability to motivate people and inspire them for their tasks.
