Augmented Reality Communication Designer

At ZAUBAR, we are dedicated to redefining reality through innovative design, and we are seeking a motivated and skilled entry-level Communication Designer with expertise in Generative AI. This role offers the chance to collaborate with remarkable cultural institutions, media organizations, tour operators, and brands across Germany. - Design Innovation: Leverage generative AI tools to craft captivating and immersive visual experiences for our audience. You will be responsible for creating, testing, and refining designs that enhance product marketing and user engagement.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure that all visual elements are consistent with our brand and our partners' identities, bolstering brand recognition in the marketplace. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to maintain a unified visual language across all platforms.
- Content Development: Partner with our content team to produce engaging promotional materials for both digital and print formats, utilizing AI tools as necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our diverse team, including AI experts, UI designers, and journalists, to develop a standout product in the competitive market.

- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Generative AI Expertise: Understanding of generative AI principles and effective application in design. Previous experience, such as working with Stable Diffusion, is advantageous.
- Design Proficiency: Strong skills in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with 3D UI design is a plus.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders to enhance your designs.
- Communication Abilities: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a bonus.
