We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Entrepreneur to join our team at Ventura TRAVEL. As an Intrapreneurial Travel Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and growing a new travel brand within our company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business plan for the new travel brand, including market research, target audience analysis, and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers to create unique travel experiences.
- Design and develop travel itineraries that meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage and maintain a website for the new travel brand, including content creation and updates.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies for the new travel brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Lead and manage a team of travel professionals to support the growth and development of the new travel brand.
- Proven experience in the travel industry, with a focus on entrepreneurship and business development.
- Strong knowledge of the tourism industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with local partners and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Data Studio, with experience in using CRM systems like HubSpot.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
