A dynamic and growth-oriented company from the mid-range has entrusted us with a challenging project. The company has established itself as a reliable partner in its industry in a short time and is known for its flexibility and customer-oriented service. Notably, it continuously develops modern solutions and has a high demand for customer satisfaction.
Our client from Leverkusen is looking for a System Engineer (m/w/d) as soon as possible.
Your Tasks:
- Supporting customers in implementing Microsoft-based infrastructure projects
- Analyzing and solving technical problems in 3rd-level support
- Planning and optimizing infrastructure under VMWare, SAN, and backup systems
- Continuously developing Microsoft environments using new technologies
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers in various IT environments
- Quickly identifying and effectively resolving technical issues to ensure smooth operation
- Supporting the documentation and optimization of IT processes to increase efficiency
Your Profile:
- Completed technical education with a focus on IT (apprenticeship, university, FH)
- Practical expertise in IT areas such as Windows Client and Server, Microsoft Office 365, Virtualization, Cloud Services, Data Backup, Storage Solutions, and Networks
- Strong analytical skills for thorough problem analysis and development of effective solutions, combined with the ability to flexibly optimize IT systems
- Excellent German language skills and preferably good English language skills for international and professional communication
- Willingness to continuously develop and integrate new technologies to optimize existing systems
- Experience or interest in working in interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative IT solutions
- Good German and English language skills
