A dynamic and growth-oriented company from the mid-range has entrusted us with a challenging project. The company has established itself as a reliable partner in its industry in a short time and is known for its flexibility and customer-oriented service. Notably, it continuously develops modern solutions and has a high demand for customer satisfaction.

Our client from Leverkusen is looking for a System Engineer (m/w/d) as soon as possible.

Your Tasks:

  • Support our customers in implementing Microsoft-based infrastructure projects
  • Analyze and solve technical problems in 3rd-level support
  • Plan and optimize infrastructure under VMWare, SAN, and backup systems
  • Continuously develop Microsoft environments using new technologies
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers in various IT environments
  • Quickly identify and effectively resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation
  • Support in documenting and optimizing IT processes to increase efficiency

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical education with a focus on IT (apprenticeship, university, university of applied sciences)
  • Practical expertise in IT areas such as Windows Client and Server, Microsoft Office 365, Virtualization, Cloud Services, Data Backup, Storage Solutions, and Networks
  • Strong analytical skills for thorough problem analysis and development of effective solutions, combined with the ability to flexibly optimize IT systems
  • Excellent German language skills and preferably good English language skills for international and professional communication
  • Willingness to continuously develop and integrate new technologies to optimize existing systems
  • Experience or interest in working in interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative IT solutions
  • Good German and English language skills
