About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Office Experience Coordinator (m/f/d) (minijob - 10h/week) to become a vital part of our office and workplace management team, contributing to the development of a positive and inspiring work environment.

Your daily responsibilities will revolve around enhancing the workspace and ensuring a comfortable atmosphere for all employees.

The Office & Workplace Management team is responsible for the seamless operation of Project A's office, offering a variety of administrative support services: from organizing company events to managing procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that employees and visitors feel welcomed and that essential services are available (such as snacks and beverages)
  • Maintain an open-door policy for employees to discuss their daily tasks and experiences
  • Assist new team members in acclimating to the office environment
  • Support the ordering and management of office supplies, ranging from stationery to furniture
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in office management, front-desk operations, customer service, hospitality, human resources, catering, or event coordination
  • Proficient in organization and coordination, with a service-oriented and professional demeanor
  • People-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding and addressing the needs of colleagues
  • Possess a helpful attitude, adaptable mindset, and reliability
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Fluent in both German and English

We are specifically looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is a prerequisite.
