Trainee Store Manager

Job Description

Mömax is a trend-oriented home furnishings company that is expanding nationally and internationally. As a Trainee Store Manager, you will be part of a team that contributes to the company's success.

Responsibilities

• You will be prepared for your tasks in the retail sector through a 6-12 month training program and will gain experience in all areas of a Möbelhaus.
• After a defined training period, you will take over the management of one of our stores.
• You will ensure the implementation and optimization of store processes.
• You will be responsible for the induction of new employees, the supervision of apprentices and sales staff, and the conduct of employee interviews.

Requirements

• You are a graduate of a university or university of applied sciences, have completed a degree in retail management or have gained initial leadership experience.
• You have the ability to motivate your team to achieve high performance.
• You possess perfect social skills, absolute customer orientation, and a confident demeanor.
• You have team skills and commitment.
