Responsibilities

• As a Trainee Filialleiter, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing excellent customer service.
• You will be involved in the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• You will also be responsible for training new employees and ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.

Requirements

• You must have a strong passion for customer service and a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
• You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
