Wir verwalten einen leistungsstarken Fonds, der von deutschen Unternehmerfamilien unterstützt wird, mit einem langfristigen Kapitalvolumen von EUR 150 Mio.. Dieses Kapital wird für Akquisitionen, Folgeinvestitionen und strategische Zukäufe eingesetzt. Unser Fokus liegt auf der Identifizierung und Entwicklung von Beteiligungen mit signifikantem Wertsteigerungspotential, die von unserem aktiven Engagement profitieren können.
Aufgabenbereich- Prüfung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten in Westeuropa im Rahmen der Due Diligence, Erstellung von Businessplänen und Unternehmensbewertungen
- Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen über verschiedene Branchen und Geschäftsmodelle hinweg
- Entwicklung von Unternehmensstrategien und Erstellung von Maßnahmenplänen zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Begleitung der Portfoliounternehmen aus Fonds-Sicht, einschließlich KPI-Analysen und Financial Modelling
- Unterstützung beim Monitoring der Portfoliounternehmen und deren operativen Begleitung
- Aktive Mitwirkung an allen Aspekten von M&A-Prozessen, vom Erwerb bis zum erfolgreichen Exit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften mit starkem Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
- 1-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Private Equity, Investmentbanking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services oder Unternehmensberatung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanz-, GuV- und Cashflow-Analysen sowie Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modelling
- Ausgezeichnete analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
