Position Overview
At Cross Border Talents, we excel in connecting exceptional talent with leading organizations. We are currently seeking candidates fluent in Italian for multiple roles as Content Moderators.

Work Location:
Porto, Portugal (on-site)

Compensation Package:
  • Base Salary: euro per month (for 14 months)
  • Language Bonus: euro per month (for 12 months)
  • Meal Allowance: 1, euro per year (net)
  • Sign-in Bonus: euro
Work Schedule:
5 days a week, 8 hours a day
Training:
4 weeks
Relocation Support:
Includes flight ticket and 3 weeks of accommodation

Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices regarding copyright decisions
  • Update and manage content on major social media platforms
  • Audit submitted content for social media publication
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client offerings
  • Follow accuracy standards set by the client
  • Safeguard customer data and adhere to compliance protocols

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proficient computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfort with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Professionalism and patience in customer interactions
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Preferred: Associate degree in a relevant field with 6 months to 1 year of applicable experience
  • Strong customer service focus

Language Proficiency:
  • German: C1 level proficiency
  • English: B2 level proficiency
