Your Responsibilities- Lead product design initiatives from conception to launch, encompassing user research, usability testing, and iterative design cycles.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability across all products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure user satisfaction.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in the healthcare or technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to make a real impact on the healthcare landscape.
