Key Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of robotics and control systems
- Design and implement automation concepts for manufacturing plants in the automotive industry
- Develop technical foundations for project management
Training Content:
- Foundations of metalworking: Turning, milling, grinding, sawing, drilling, reaming, filing, and thread cutting
- Basics of pneumatics, PLC technology, and robot programming
- Production plant planning from an automation perspective
- Simulation of manufacturing processes through virtual commissioning
- Assembly and commissioning of manufacturing plants on-site
- Supporting project teams with a focus on deadlines, costs, and quality
- Completion of practical work and the Bachelor's thesis in the product area
