As a Marketing Designer at KoRo, you will work closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to create assets that bolster our campaigns, enhance our brand visibility, and improve our customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Conceptualize and produce high-quality visual materials for both digital and print marketing initiatives, including newsletter layouts, banners, flyers, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Guarantee that all designs align with brand guidelines and resonate with target demographics across multiple platforms.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team and various stakeholders to brainstorm and execute creative assets that align with overall marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Advertisement: Create captivating print and digital advertisements that effectively convey our brand message and boost conversions.
- Data-Driven Design: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance metrics to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively contribute fresh ideas.
Your Profile
- You possess at least 3 years of experience in diverse design projects, ideally within the food industry or related fields.
- Your English proficiency is excellent, and knowledge of German is advantageous.
- You are located in Berlin or are open to relocating for this position.
- You are skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Familiarity with After Effects and motion design is a significant plus.
- You have experience with Figma.
- You possess a strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- You can design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
- You are known for your creative thinking and ability to present innovative ideas.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Lastly, you have effective communication and teamwork skills, enabling you to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
