Creative Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our marketing team and drive the creative components of our customer acquisition strategy. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our brand vision and design standards, influencing how our customers perceive us.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative designs for advertising campaigns, including video and still ads, landing pages, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
- Define and create a visual language that extends our brand identity, including illustrations, icons, colors, typography, and animations.
- Advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout the company.
- Educate others on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling.
- 3+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Brand Designer, or Marketing Designer.
- Advanced proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Pitch.
- Experience creating creatives for paid performance marketing campaigns, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Ability to move fast and execute designs quickly, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Business acumen, understanding of performance marketing metrics, and ability to quickly grasp how they inform the creative roadmap.
