Pricing System Analyst

In the role of Pricing System Analyst, you will oversee and enhance the pricing capabilities within the OSS ERP systems, specifically SAP and Navision. Your main objective will be to configure, maintain, and improve the ERP pricing module, ensuring that pricing processes are both accurate and efficient throughout the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to support pricing strategies, conduct data analysis, and implement process improvements aimed at increasing revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the ERP pricing module, including pricing rules, conditions, and calculation logic.
  • Assist in the configuration and upkeep of pricing master data, ensuring it is accurate and consistent.
  • Convert pricing strategies into practical configurations within the ERP pricing module.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help design, optimize, and streamline pricing processes within the ERP system.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide support in training pricing team members and end-users on the effective utilization of the ERP pricing module.
  • Address pricing-related inquiries and resolve issues for local business units.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business or data analytical capacity.
  • Fundamental understanding of ERP systems and pricing principles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
