Position: Business Analyst (f/m/x) EMEA Sales & Business Management
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with EMEA Key Account Managers and senior leadership to produce various analytical reports concerning international laboratory chains.
- Generate and distribute a consolidated profitability analysis of international laboratory chain performance on a quarterly basis to senior management.
- Oversee multiple bonus calculations.
- Assist management with diverse ad hoc sales controlling matters.
- Ensure transparency and effective communication across teams.
- Continuously enhance processes and tools related to data transparency and tender operations.
Your Profile:
- Degree in business administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales controlling.
- Proficient in Excel, with basic VBA skills considered a plus.
- Highly motivated to understand various aspects of our business and apply technical tools effectively.
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
- Familiarity with fundamental financial calculations.
- Ability to think creatively and maintain a broader perspective.
