Test Integration Specialist (m/w/d) in Weßling

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Analyse von Testanforderungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Designteam
  • Koordination mit Testexperten aus verschiedenen Abteilungen, wie Antriebstest, Energietest und Flugtest
  • Ermittlung der Instrumentierungsanforderungen in Bezug auf Flugzeug-, System- und Teilsystem-Spezifikationen
  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion maßgeschneiderter Testgeräte für Datenerfassung, Messung, Fehlerinjektion usw., einschließlich der Erstellung von Verfahren und Dokumentationen
  • Bewertung von Testkonzepten unter Berücksichtigung physikalischer Effekte und grundlegender Prinzipien
  • Entwicklung komplexer Testaufbauten und Koordination unserer Unterstützungsteams (Software, mechanische & elektrische CAD, Techniker & Elektriker). Dies umfasst das Management wichtiger Zulieferer
  • Verantwortung für E-Motor-Teststände und kritische Leistungstransfer-Einheiten an einem der wichtigsten Integrationsteststände
  • Übernahme kritischer Aspekte des Systemverifikationszyklus
  • Durchführung von Tests mit automatisierten Testwerkzeugen und Messtechnik für Verifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten
  • Bewertung von Testberichten und Testergebnissen
  • Erstellung von Fehlanalyseberichten und Fehlerberichterstattung, wenn erforderlich
  • Berichterstattung und Diskussion der Testergebnisse mit dem Systementwicklungsteam
  • Bearbeitung von ad-hoc Aufgaben oder Projekten, die von der Geschäftsführung bereitgestellt werden
Ihr Profil
  • Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Mechatronik, Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich erforderlich
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Testbereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit mehrkW-Elektromaschinen und Antrieben sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich HV-Systemintegration ist wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der Standards ARINC 661, ARINC 653, ARINC 664 sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Test- und Teststandinstrumentierung, Testdurchführung und Datenverarbeitung
  • Kenntnisse in elektrischen und Kommunikationsarchitekturen
  • Gutes Verständnis von Netzwerkprotokollen wie CAN, ARINC, RS422/485, UART, Ethernet
  • Gutes Verständnis der Grundlagen der Mechatronik in Bezug auf Sensoren, Aktuatoren und Steuerungssysteme
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit mit der Fähigkeit, sowohl im Team als auch autonom zu arbeiten
  • Zielorientierter, engagierter Arbeitsstil mit analytischen Problemlösungsfähigkeiten erforderlich
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind unerlässlich, fließende Deutschkenntnisse oder andere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
