Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in IT Support within a large corporate and international setting.
- Strong proficiency in iPhone staging and deployment, along with mobile device management.
- Advanced knowledge of Zoom, especially in hybrid setups, with the ability to provide comprehensive support and optimization.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Communications, capable of maintaining and troubleshooting these systems effectively.
- Background in delivering user support for hardware and software issues, showcasing excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow for managing support tickets and service requests.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and users.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- ITIL certification, demonstrating your understanding of IT service management.
- Experience with Cisco Network technologies and configurations.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, SCCM, and Intune for managing IT assets.
- Experience with office printing solutions and related technologies.
