Project Manager Contract Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of contract logistics solutions for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing customer requirements, designing tailor-made logistics concepts, and coordinating the entire tendering process. You will also be responsible for project management, process planning, and material flow optimization. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Project management for complex implementation and optimization projects in the field of contract logistics
* Independent processing of customer inquiries and calculation of complex contract logistics projects
* Understanding customer requirements, developing customer-specific solutions, and presenting the solutions to customers
* Planning processes, material flows, and creating warehouse layouts
* Responsibility for project management and implementation of the developed logistics concepts
* Close communication with a wide range of internal and external interfaces on all project topics

**Requirements:**

* Successfully completed studies in business administration or engineering, ideally with a focus on logistics or comparable training
* Professional experience in project management, contract logistics, and lean management
* Strong communication skills, a pronounced hands-on mentality, and enthusiasm for contract logistics
* Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and an exceptional level of initiative
* Business fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel and work on projects
