Client Support Specialist

Position Overview: As a Client Support Specialist for the ShipManager Software Suite, you will gain in-depth knowledge in various aspects of maritime management and the relevant ShipManager modules and functionalities. Your main duty will be to assist our clients in effectively leveraging our software applications and resolving any challenges they may face.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to foster strong relationships and, most importantly, to build and maintain trust.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT Operations and the Delivery Team.

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
- Proficiency in database management systems, including SQL Anywhere, MS SQL, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as EcholoN and Salesforce is highly beneficial.
Required Skills:
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- Basic proficiency in German.
- Team-oriented with a strong capacity to collaborate effectively to achieve company goals.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and their functionalities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT environments, including Microsoft Windows, Virtual Machines, and Remote Desktop.
