Ihre Rolle:
  • Eingangsrechnungen und Gutschriften prüfen und buchen
  • Konsolidierung offener Eingangsrechnungen und Prüfung offener Sachverhalte
  • Port / Terminal Workorder (Additional) im Betriebseigenen System FIS2 erstellen
  • Regelmäßige sowie individuelle Erstellung von Analysen zur Rechnungsprüfung nach Bedarf
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Schifffahrtskaufmann / zur Schifffahrtskauffrau, Bachelor-Abschluss (HSBA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Linienschifffahrt wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, sehr selbständige, innovative und systematische Arbeitsweise, sowie zahlenorientiertes Denkvermögen
  • Analytischer, systematischer und an Prioritäten orientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Funktionen, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Hapag-Lloyd Benutzeranwendungssysteme (FIS, COMPASS, SAP) und die Fähigkeit diese anzuwenden, sowie analytisch zu nutzen
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse für analytische Tools (Alteryx, QlikSense, QlikView) sind von Vorteil
