Collaborate with your team in the Financial Services Strategy and Management Consulting sector to advise banks, insurance companies, asset management firms, and real estate businesses on their (digital) transformation, the development of new business models, and the optimization of operational processes.
Your Responsibilities
Do you question the notion that "process optimization is easy"? If so, you can work with us on exciting topics, including:
- Strategy and Transformation: You will take charge of developing new business models, analyzing market trends, and designing innovative products and processes. You will provide comprehensive advice to our clients as they transition into an automated future.
- Operational Excellence: You will guide our clients based on analyses conducted to identify optimization and automation potentials within their business processes and organizational structures.
- Customer Centricity: You will shape the customer experiences of tomorrow, balancing innovation with regulatory requirements. This includes elevating the sales of financial services, designing innovative customer portals, and implementing cutting-edge technologies in experience management.
- Digital Assets: You will assist our clients in developing and executing their digital asset strategies and support the establishment of DLT-based business models and the introduction of DLT infrastructures.
- Sustainable Finance: You will aid our clients in successfully transforming their business models to meet ESG criteria. This involves creating a transparent ESG strategy, integrating sustainability elements into their processes, and efficiently connecting with ESG data providers.
Your Profile
- Completed Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, or a similar qualification with a focus on the industry.
- Initial Practical Experience and Interest in management consulting and in one of our focus industries: banks, insurance companies, asset management firms, and real estate businesses.
- Passion for Strategy, Organizational, and Process Consulting.
- Technical Affinity for digital trends (e.g., Digital Assets, AI, Digital Platforms).
- Initial Experience in project management along with strong communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Willingness to Travel to meet the challenges of the future alongside your colleagues.
