Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for all internal departments regarding material and production planning and order management
  • Facilitate regular sales, inventory, and operations planning meetings, coordinating with key stakeholders
  • Oversee the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) process
  • Ensure targets for Days Inventory on Hand (DIO) are met
  • Support effective communication and prioritization processes with clients
  • Plan and manage the flow of materials and information across departments
  • Collaborate with suppliers and distribution partners to address shipping and delivery challenges
  • Track key performance indicators and establish targets for material planning and order management
  • Enhance customer focus through professional complaint resolution
  • Manage ERP master data pertinent to planning and order management

Your Profile

  • Degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on production
  • Proven experience in supply chain management
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong passion for process improvement and optimization, with a proactive approach to leadership
  • High proficiency in data analysis
  • Ability to implement change effectively and thrive in dynamic environments
  • Confident communicator with strong prioritization skills
