About the TeamThe 'Customer Quality Sales and Aftersales' team, part of the 'MO/Quality Customer Experience' division, collaborates with various partners across different sectors, including Marketing & Sales and Product Management, to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
Internship ResponsibilitiesAs an intern, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at improving customer satisfaction and achieving quality benchmarks:
- Coordinate projects and manage sub-projects independently.
- Design, develop, and conduct workshops both within the team and with external partners.
- Assist in the conceptualization, assessment, and enhancement of new sales formats.
- Oversee the management of explanatory content across customer channels based on feedback.
- Develop surveys and interview guidelines, and manage data collection.
- Create presentations, analyses, and reports to support decision-making.
- Gain insights into the development of new vehicle features and concepts.

QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess:
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to business administration, economics, marketing, communication, industrial engineering, or a similar field.
- A keen interest in emerging vehicle technologies and content management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A collaborative spirit and a strong sense of self-motivation.
- An analytical mindset coupled with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Creativity and a strong affinity for digital media.
