Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Verkäufer, der unsere vielfältige Produktpalette rund um Kfz-Zubehör, Ersatzteile und Werkzeuge verkaufen möchte. Als Verkäufer bei Stahlgruber werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams sein, das sich auf die Kfz-Reparaturbranche spezialisiert hat.

Aufgaben
  • Verkauf unserer vielfältigen Produktpalette rund um Kfz-Zubehör, Ersatzteile und Werkzeuge
  • Erstellung kundenindividueller Angebote
  • Persönliche und fachgerechte Beratung von Kunden
  • Abfrage von Beständen in verschiedenen EDV-Systemen
  • Annahme von Aufträgen und Erfassung per EDV in Verbindung mit modernen Teile-Identifikations-Medien
  • Eröffnung von Reklamationsvorgängen
  • Erstellung von Kundendienst-Lieferscheinen
  • Anforderung von Waren beim Logistikzentrum, bei anderen Verkaufshäusern und beim Lieferanten
Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (bevorzugt aus den Kfz-Handwerk oder Reifendienst)
  • Erfahrungen im Handel wünschenswert, idealerweise mit PKW-Ersatzteilen
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Spaß an der Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Serviceorientierung, Engagement und Leistungsbereitschaft
