Job Title: VIP Support Specialist

Company: Fresenius Medical Care

Objective:

Provide assistance to end users in troubleshooting hardware and software challenges via phone and email communication. Identify and resolve issues, while documenting and tracking for prompt resolution.

VIP Support Focus:Deliver specialized support for Very Important Persons (VIPs)Availability for after-hours VIP assistanceServe as dedicated VIP support representative, fostering relationships with VIP clienteleCollaborate with global VIP Support Agents for a cohesive VIP experienceOffer exceptional customer service to VIP clientsEngage with VIPs and other stakeholders, aiding in VIP EventsDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on desktop hardware and software for management consideration
  • Develop and maintain standard desktop/laptop configurations
  • Oversee installation of network and computer equipment
  • Provide advanced support to technical staff
  • Create and uphold desktop support protocols
  • Standardize software and utilities across devices
  • Configure hardware and software for employee utilization
  • Diagnose and rectify IT-related issues
  • Extend technical support to clients
  • Stay informed on technological advancements and company applications
  • Collaborate on IT initiatives

Qualifications:
High School Diploma is required; Associate's Degree is preferred, Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role is essential
  • Technical certification in computer electronics is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in drafting professional reports and presentations
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Overtime may be necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds may be required.
