Operational Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operational Sourcing Manager to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and executing category strategies.

About the Role

  • You will provide operational sourcing support to enable the implementation and execution of category strategies, collaborating closely with Global Category Managers.
  • Support several sourcing projects in different sub-categories, including Sales services and Customer Value, to execute sourcing strategies and optimize external spend.
  • Use supplier classification and evaluation tools to support Category managers in supplier governance and oversight.
  • Collaborate across functions internally and externally, establishing close relationships with business partners, Global Business Services enabling functions, and suppliers.
  • Perform various tasks related to different systems and processes, such as RFx-Process, Wesave, CorA, DocuSign, MDGx, and Webuy/IBIS R3.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field, or successful apprenticeship combined with relevant work experience and/or further training.
  • Sound negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • First experience in Sourcing, ideally paired with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Intercultural awareness and a customer-oriented mindset, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
