Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning process at both the business unit and departmental levels, from bi-annual planning sessions to monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, costs, timelines, dependencies, resource needs, and milestones.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and document minutes for monthly Strategy Board and Management meetings.
  • Assume full responsibility for projects from conception through execution, managing risks, issues, and change control while ensuring consistent communication with the project team.
  • Oversee project team members and serve as the primary liaison to all stakeholders and departments involved.
  • Provide recommendations for solutions to address challenges.
  • Continuously enhance the PMO department's processes, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role or as a management consultant is essential.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in German is preferred.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with shareholders, C-level executives, and senior management.
  • Consulting Skills: Experience in advising and supporting stakeholders in their decision-making processes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving exceptional outcomes and capable of challenging the status quo with confidence.
