**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our maintenance team in Leipzig. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our battery production line. Your expertise in analyzing and resolving technical issues will be invaluable in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechatronic systems, machines, and equipment

• Support the commissioning and installation of technical equipment

• Conduct and document changes to machine control systems and processing programs

• Test and inspect equipment to ensure functionality and document results

• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement quality and safety standards

**Requirements**

• Completed technical training or apprenticeship in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics)

• Several years of experience in maintenance and repair of automated production systems

• Familiarity with KUKA robots and Siemens SPS systems is an asset

• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards is desirable

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
