Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Werkstudenten für unsere IT-Support-Abteilung. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du den 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support übernehmen und den Anwendern bei IT-Störungen helfen. Du wirst auch die Installation und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen im Client-Bereich durchführen und Störungen und deren Lösungen im Ticketsystem dokumentieren.

Aufgaben
  • IT-Störungen lösen und Anwendern helfen
  • Arbeitsplatzsysteme installieren und warten
  • Störungen und Lösungen im Ticketsystem dokumentieren
  • IT-Projekte wie Rollouts unterstützen
Qualifikationen
  • Laufendes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Support und im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • IT-Verständnis und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
