We are seeking a skilled Building Services Technician (m/f/d) Ventilation / Refrigeration in Hamburg to join our team at Apleona.
Key Responsibilities- Operate, Maintain, and Monitor Complex Building Systems in our shopping center, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform Routine Maintenance and Repairs on building systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate with External Contractors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Provide On-Call Support to address urgent technical issues outside regular working hours.
- Support Warranty Claims and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Work Flexible Shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) to meet the needs of our shopping center.
- Work a 5-Day Week with one day of flexible leave.
- Completed Training in Ventilation or Refrigeration Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge of VDI 6022 and its application in building systems.
- Previous Experience in Technical Building Management is desirable.
- Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Customer-Focused Approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid Driver's License (Class B) for occasional travel to external sites.
- Unlimited Contract with a competitive salary and benefits package.
