Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to assist in the development and implementation of external gear pump re-qualification procedures. As an intern, you'll work closely with our team to ensure our products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement external gear pump re-qualification procedures
  • Coordinate projects to enable acoustic testing at external DC facilities and optimize existing test benches
  • Analyze energy-saving opportunities within our testing processes to reduce operational costs and improve sustainability

Requirements

  • Education: studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: basic understanding of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, and mechanical design principles, familiarity with CAD software (e.g., CREO, AutoCAD) and simulation tools is a plus
  • Personality and Working Practice: proactive, structured, and independent individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Languages: fluent in English and German
