Product Development and Testing Internship

Bosch Rexroth AG is a leading provider of drive and control technologies, and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an intern to assist in the development and implementation of external gear pump re-qualification procedures, ensuring our products meet the required standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, conducting energy-saving analyses, and optimizing test benches for efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement external gear pump re-qualification procedures
  • Coordinate projects for acoustic testing and test bench optimization
  • Analyze energy-saving opportunities to reduce operational costs and improve sustainability

Requirements:

  • Education: studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: basic understanding of fluid dynamics, hydraulics, and mechanical design principles, familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools
  • Personality and Working Practice: proactive, structured, and independent individual with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Languages: fluent in English and German
