We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Pandora EMEA Distribution Center GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving our company's talent management and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement end-to-end talent management processes to ensure the growth and development of our employees.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and assess skills and competencies needed for different roles within the company.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and development activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Lead the internal mentoring and buddy program to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Facilitate and coordinate development activities, trainings, and participants to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop and implement initiatives for employee wellbeing and health management.
- Responsible for the yearly performance evaluation and talent process.
- Ensure effective communication, reporting, and follow-up across the business regarding talent management and succession planning processes.
- University degree and/or relevant vocational training in a field such as Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education, or similar.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in retail, fashion, or FMCG industry, preferably in HR, Talent Management, or Learning & Development.
- Strong teamworking and organisational skills, with a quick-witted and hands-on mentality.
- Knowledge of methodical-didactic preparation.
- Experience in working with IHKs and vocational schools, and certified IHK training supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
